Condé Nast Traveler unveiled a checklist of the best sites to vacation in February, and amid the idyllic images of sunny Costa Rica and palm-fringed California lies 1 New England desired destination.
Stowe, Vt., was rated just one of the 11 greatest destinations to travel in the entire world this February. The storied ski city was described as a leading desired destination for East Coast skiers and snowboarders “thanks to its mix of superior-high-quality intermediate and black diamond operates.” Stowe is home to two mountains, Spruce Peak and Mount Mansfield, and a chair raise at Stowe vacation resort connects the two, generating it easy for people to hit both on the same day.
The town alone was described as “downright lovable,” and highlighted its previous-fashioned general outlets, steepled churches, “and some of the best accommodations in New England.”
